1 General Terms of Use

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and bab8 (the "Platform", "Company", "We", or "Us"). The bab8 platform provides online casino games, sports betting services including cricket and football, crash games, slot machines, live dealer tables, and associated promotional content to eligible users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

Access to and use of the bab8 platform is subject to your unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any update or modification to these Terms shall be construed as acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time and will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms on the bab8.net website.

The bab8 platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from technical interruptions, scheduled maintenance downtime, or circumstances beyond our control that may affect access. bab8 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and reliable platform for all users.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Governing Law

Use of the bab8 platform and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by applicable law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. bab8 makes no representation that the services offered are legal or appropriate in all jurisdictions.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering a bab8 account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your country of residence;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or using bab8 as an agent for another person;
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the bab8 platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are registering voluntarily and of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes only.

bab8 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by an authorised Bangladeshi government body. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by our support team will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2.1 Responsible Use by Parents and Guardians

If minors have access to devices on which the bab8 platform may be accessible, it is the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to ensure that adequate parental controls are in place to prevent access by those under 18 years of age. bab8 supports responsible gaming and actively works to prevent underage gambling.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bab8 services — including making deposits, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a verified bab8 account. Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the bab8 platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any detail changes. bab8 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the user.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bab8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or documentation confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits.

bab8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and reviewed. KYC review typically takes 1–3 business days. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bab8 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. bab8 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. bab8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by the user's failure to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bab8 supports a range of local and international payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible for players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bab8, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your bab8 account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. bab8 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to the source account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bab8 aims to process all withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad accounts within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

bab8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud prevention systems. Such checks may extend the standard processing time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if there are any unresolved KYC or responsible gaming reviews on the account.

4.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bab8 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. The balance of an inactive account will never be reduced below zero.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bab8 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and special offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion on the bab8 Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses issued by bab8 are subject to wagering requirements, which means that bonus funds (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unused bonus funds will be forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are issued at bab8's sole discretion and may be restricted based on factors including but not limited to account history, deposit method, country of residence, and prior bonus usage. bab8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from any user at any time without prior notice if there is reason to believe that the offer is being abused or used fraudulently.

5.3 Prohibited Bonus Practices

The following practices in relation to bonuses are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially;
• Using bonus funds in a manner that bab8 determines to be low-risk or bonus-farming in nature;
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus;
• Claiming a bonus using a payment method that is not permitted for that specific promotion.

Any attempt to abuse the bab8 bonus system will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a bab8 user, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bab8 platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or account usage;
• Attempting to access the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with the bab8 platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, cheating, or unfair play in connection with any game or betting market offered on bab8;
• Exploiting errors, technical glitches, or software bugs in any bab8 game or system to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or use the bab8 platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Using the platform in a way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the experience of other users or the operation of the bab8 service;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any bab8 software, game, or platform component.

bab8 employs a range of fraud detection, security monitoring, and responsible gaming tools to identify and address prohibited conduct. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the bab8 platform — including but not limited to the bab8 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of bab8 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the bab8 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any bab8 content without our express prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of bab8's intellectual property may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws, and may result in civil or criminal liability.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bab8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the account;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age;
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority;
• Extended inactivity as defined under the Inactive Account Policy in Section 4.3.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at bab8's discretion. Where an account is closed at the user's own request and no Terms violation has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the user's verified payment method.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users who wish to close their bab8 account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bab8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunction, provided the relevant game provider's RNG has been independently verified;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain secure credentials;
• Any action taken by bab8 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or restriction.

bab8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bab8 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that applicable law does not permit such exclusion.

10 Amendments to These Terms

bab8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bab8 will notify users by posting a notice on the bab8.net website and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address on file. The updated Terms will specify the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the bab8 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.1.
